Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has commended the ex-Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Timi Frank for tendering an apology to the immediate past President, Goodluck Jonathan.
The former aviation minister, who is also a Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, chieftain, said Mr Frank displayed courage and strength by apologising to Mr Jonathan.
In a tweet, Mr Fani-Kayode affirmed Frank’s claim that life was not worth living under the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government.
“The Dep. Nat. Publicity Sec. of APC, Timi Frank, displayed courage and strength by apologising to @GEJonathan and Nigeria for the woeful performance of @MBuhari.
“He says ‘injustice, killings and hunger reign supreme under @MBuhari’ and that ‘life is not worth living under him’.TRUE!,” he said.
DAILY NIGERIAN reports that Mr Frank had apologized to Jonathan while lashing out at the Buhari’s government.
He had stressed that Buhari’s government had performed woefully since assuming power in 2015.
However, reacting to Frank’s action, the national leadership of the APC disowned him, saying the former spokesperson was not a chieftain of the party.
